Fiesta Inn Playa Del Carmen

The lobby was friendly, I loved it. Generally everything was good, but the bathroom was too small. Lots of food, which was lovely to satisfy everyone. Top location to an art gallery.

Some people working there were inefficient.

The staff were all kind and provided really great service. Ideal location in 10 mins walk from the city centre. Hotel's food was good and there is La Vagabunda close by. Stunningly beautiful views and lovely garden...

My stay here was perfectly pleasant. Pleasant staff, and CLEAN restaurant with outstanding food. You could walk to main shopping street and a shopping street.

the hotel was near coco bongo. it was definitely 4 stars for us. we greatly enjoyed our time here.

the convenience of getting to riviera art gallery and being close to coco bongo. the pool is great. it is located in a nice area. the beds here were good.
